Weekend ka Vaar - Arya & Minissha

Another story got unearthed in this weekend ka vaar. 

Let us look more into it. 

a. In the confession room

We saw that when Salman asks Arya that did he call Minissha before Bigg Boss to fake as being romantic during the season, he swears on his mom. He swears so much that in 45 secs he swears 4 times. 

Through statement analysis , research has shown, for example, that people who swear habitually (as opposed to swearing more) are more honest, but Arya doesn't swear habitually. So, there is something fishy. Arya is not telling the whole truth, he is not telling entirely lie also. It is like twisting the truth, which is worse. 

b. Did Arya call?

When asked by Salman,did Arya call you before Bigg Boss, Minissha gets into a defensive posture, implying she is not comfortable about the topic.

c. Self comforting gesture

While Minissha speaks, Arya continuously fondles with his beard ,which is a self comforting gesture. We use self comforting gesture subconsciously to calm ourselves down. 

c. When Arya says Minissha was his girlfriend

When Arya says some friend of him was insecured because Arya and Minissha were in a relationship, Minissha says , " What?" as if that never happened. 

In this type of scenario, if someone is really surprised, we expect the expression of surprise , the typical surprise looks like Eyebrows going up/jaw dropping/upper eyelids raised etc, which we do not see in Minissha. One reason for the eyebrows not going up might be the use of botox, but even then micro-expression of surprise was missing.

This is more of a fear micro expression. Fear of saying this in National Television, fear of boyfriend, fear of such a huge population knowing something,which was not necessary. 

d. Fully closed

And Minissha fully closes herself, even the eyes, which means she doesn't want to be in that place at all. 

e. Low confidence 

Look at the posture of Minissha , she has acquired as low space as she could implying she has lost all of her confidence, whereas look at Arya and the confident ,erect posture after the statement. 

f. Close to heart

Arya many times takes his hands close to his heart while mentioning Minissha, which is an honest gesture implying he really feels she is close to him. However, if we see that gesture after his statement, it would have been fake. 

g. The disgust

Minissha feels disgusted about whatever happened. The captured micro expression says it all. She took a very nice step by not saying anything about it. 

h. Now he realizes

After the damage has been done, Arya realizes what he has done. We know that by the change in his sitting posture. He knows he has done wrong, after his anger fades and he is also sad. But now he fakes anger in order to stand at what he said was correct. 

Whatever said is said, whatever done is done. We wish we could undo few things, take back some words what we said, but we can't. The only thing that remains with us is the "regret" and the phrase   " I wish it had not happened that way".
